Welcome to
Lake Bluff Campground. Please feel free to
make full use of the facilities that are
available to you. To make your stay as
pleasant as possible, we have adopted the
following policies. |

Registration |
|
Must be completed upon arrival. Do not set
up on any campsite or move from one site to
another without checking with the office.
The Camping fee includes a family of four –
2 Adults and 2 children under 18 years of
age. One camping unit per Site. If you wish
to extend your stay, notify the office as
early as possible before 12 noon. |

Visitors |
|
ALL visitors must be registered at the
office before entering the campground. Day
visitor passes are valid until 9:00 PM.
Overnight visitor passes are valid until 12
noon the following day. |
|
Quiet Hours |
|
Quiet hours are 11:00 PM through 8:00 AM.
All children must be at their campsites
during this period. Excessive noise at any
time, which in the opinion of the management
could disturb others, will not be tolerated. |
|
Campground Speed Limit |
|
5 MPH and strictly enforced! |
|
Children |
|
Parents will be held responsible for the
actions and safety of their children. Minor
children must be under adult supervision
between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. All children
under 15 years of age must wear an approved
safety helmet when riding a bicycle in the
campground. (This is New York State Law.). |
|
Alcohol |
|
Underage drinking or public intoxication
will not be tolerated. |
|
Pets |
|
Pets must be kept on a short leash at all
times. Pet droppings must be cleaned up
immediately. Children may not walk pets.
Pets can never be left unattended. Noisy or
quarrelsome pets will not be permitted. ALL
PETS MUST HAVE A CURRENT RABIES VACCINATION.
Visitors may not bring pets. Pets are
allowed in cabins for an additional fee of
$10.00. You will also be required to
sign a waiver at the time of check-in,
authorizing us to charge your credit card a
$50.00 fee in the event that any damage is
caused by your pet. |

Grounds |
|
NO SWIMMING IN THE PONDS. Do not remove any
picnic table or fire ring from its
designated site. No person shall damage or
remove any tree, bush, or natural feature.
Campfires must be no larger than 2 feet in
diameter and contained within the fire ring
or fireplace as provided. Do not leave
campfires unattended. Do not string
clotheslines to or from any tree or
building. |

Prohibited Items |
|
Fireworks, firearms, B-B guns, slingshots,
etc. are absolutely forbidden. |
|
Trash Disposal & Recycling |
|
Dumpsters are provided at convenient
locations. Please bag all trash. Recycling
is MANDATORY under New York State Law.
Please follow posted instructions. |

Refunds |
|
Reservations are non-refundable unless a
3-day notice is given. On Holiday weekends,
a 7-day notice is required. No refunds due
to poor weather conditions. |
|
Complaints |
|
All complaints should be reported to the
office immediately and are to be handled by
the management only. The management accepts
no responsibility for theft or loss of
personal property or damage caused by fire,
wind, accidents, vandalism or acts of
nature. |

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EVICT, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, ANYONE WHO FAILS TO OBEY THESE RULES OR IS CREATING A DISTURBANCE OR IS A NUISANCE. WITHOUT REFUNDS. |
